A coward...

coward |ˈkou-ərd|
noun

a person who lacks the courage to do or endure dangerous or unpleasant things.

A boy walks down at the hall at school. Aside from dressing in emo clothes, he appears to be a normal highschooler. The bell rings and everyone crowds the hall. Noone looks him in the eye except for all his friends, teachers, and everyone he has befriended. The only ones that don't speak to this boy are the ones walk in small, infectious groups and cough "faggot" or "queer" when he walks by. That...is a coward. A person who is too insecure in their own selves to look a person in the eye and say something to their face. If you have a problem with a person, either tell that person or keep it inside. Don't spread your crappy opinions. People today need to realized that the world is changing and you HAVE to be more accepting of different people. We aren't going to change to make you feel more comfortable. What does a gay person really hurt? Is it contagious? Will it kill you? No... it won't. Its just considered to be abnormal. Truthfully...gay people don't add to the national statistics of teen pregnancies. What about STDs? Anyone can get an STD. There is no sexual orientation biased STD. So...from now on. Don't make fun of people that you think you're better than, because you just demean yourself and show your immaturity, insecurity, and ignorance when you make fun of a person behind their back. Unless you have walked a mile in a particular person's shoes...then keep your mouth shut about what you think. What you think and what reality are....might be two cmpletely different things.
